Biography
Born on August 8, 1964, in the town of Gorodnitsa, Novograd-Volynskyi district, Zhytomyr region.
In 1987 graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University, specializing in Optical and Optoelectronic Systems.
2003 – Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine in the specialty “Public Administration” (Department of Law and Lawmaking Process).
2018 – Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, specialty “Jurisprudence”.

During her work in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, she was a part of or accompanied the work of working groups on the drafting of the following Laws of Ukraine: “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine” On Elections of the President of Ukraine “(2004 edition),” On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine “,” On Elections of Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Local Councils and Village, Settlement, City Mayors, “” On the Central Election Commission “(2004 edition),” On Local Elections “,” On the State Register of Voters “, as well as draft laws Ro rewiring; Draft Laws of Ukraine “On the Peculiarities of the Application of the Law of Ukraine” On the Election of the President of Ukraine “at the Secondary Election of December 26, 2004”, “On the Secondary Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine in Single-mandate Constituencies No 94, 132, 194, 197, 223” and a number of others legislative acts.
Worked as part of the working groups of the staff of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which accompanied the work of the Ad Hoc Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to work out draft laws of Ukraine on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (2004), the Ad Hoc Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Monitoring the Implementation of the Legislation on the Election of the President Ukraine (2004), the Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the preparation of a draft law on the election of people’s deputies of Ukraine (2011).
From April 2008 to March 2010, she was the secretary of the Working Group on the drafting of the Electoral Code of Ukraine.
She was a member of the author’s team for the elaboration of separate bills, in particular: draft laws on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine” (2005), on the territorial organization of elections and referenda (2008), on the preliminary training of members of election commissions (2008 year) and the draft Election Code of Ukraine (2010).
On September 20, 2018 she was appointed to the position of a member of the Central Election Commission by the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine No. 2564-VIII.
On October 5, 2018, she took an oath of a member of the CEC.
Determined to be responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in the Volyn and Chernihiv regions.
Main activities of the Commission:
coordination of issues on the generalization of practice and preparation of proposals concerning the uniform application and improvement of the legislation of Ukraine on ensuring the implementation and protection of the constitutional electoral rights of Ukrainian citizens during the organization of the preparation and conduct of elections of people’s deputies of Ukraine, explanations and recommendations on these issues;
coordination of issues regarding observance of the principles and principles of the electoral process provided for by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, control over observance of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on elections of people’s deputies;
coordination of issues on ensuring the implementation by the Central Election Commission of changes in the composition of election commissions and commissions on an all-Ukrainian referendum;
coordination of the issues regarding the formation of polling stations, the formation and operation of polling station election commissions and commissions on an all-Ukrainian referendum on ships that are on the day of elections or on the day of voting at an all-Ukrainian referendum under the State Flag of Ukraine, at polar stations of Ukraine, in penitentiary institutions, investigative detention centers, other places of temporary stay of voters and participants of an all-Ukrainian referendum with limited travel opportunities.
