In 1997 graduated Yuri Fedkovych Chernivtsi State University with a degree in Law.

Career

1997 – 2005 – Assistant, Teacher Trainee of the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and Financial Law; Associate Professor of the Department of Justice at the Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi

2005 – 2008 – Associate Professor of Notary and State Building at the Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law

2008 – 2011 – Adviser to the Chairman of the Court, Deputy Head of the Department of the Secretariat of the Chairman at the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine

2011 – 2014 – Academic adviser to a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine;

2014 – 2018 – Chief consultant, scientific consultant of the Department of Generalization of Judicial Practice at the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine

On October 4, 2019, appointed a member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Number 183-IX. On the same day, he took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in the Poltava and Chernivtsi Regions.

Responsible for coordination of:

Proposals for equal application and improvement of legislation of Ukraine on national and local referenda

Consultative and methodological support of electoral commissions on national and local referenda

Monitoring the generalization of court practice in cases of violations of the legislation on elections and referendums, studying the legal positions of courts and the legal justification of their decisions in this category of cases, the practice of applying procedural legislation by courts in cases related to the election and referendum process, developing proposals for improving the legislation governing the relevant legal relations
