2008 – 2009 – Leading specialist of the Division; State inspector for control over land use and protection at the Department for control over land use and protection in the Cherkasy region
2009 – 2012 – Entrepreneurship activity in the legal system
2012 – 2013 – Lawyer at the VelMark LLC
2013 – 2015 – Assistant to MP of Ukraine
2015 – 2019 – Adviser to the Mayor, Head of the Legal department, Manager of the Executive Committee at Bila Tserkva City Council in the Kyiv Region
Initiator and developer of the following resolutions of Bila Tserkva City Council:
- “On approval of the Regulations on the public budget of the city of Bila Tserkva”;
- “On the bodies of self-organization of the population in the city of Bila Tserkva”;
- “On approval of the Statute of the territorial community of the city of Bila Tserkva”.
Developed a Charter of the territorial community of Bila Tserkva, which, according to the United States Agency for International Development, is recognized as one of the best in Ukraine, Citizens in Action project, as well as Ukrainian Independent Center for Political Research. For the development of the city charter was awarded the Civil Society Builder Award.
In 2019, participated in the International Election Observation Program of the President of Romania.
Awarded the Diploma of the Kyiv Regional Council and the “Mayor’s Award” badge.
On October 4, 2019, appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Number 185-IX. On the same day, the oath as a member of the Central Election Commission.
Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in the Kherson and Cherkasy Regions.
Responsible for coordination of:
Proposals for uniform application and improvement of legislation in Ukraine during the organization and conduct of local elections
Implementation and protection of the electoral rights of Ukrainian citizens, compliance with the principles and principles of the electoral process stipulated by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, monitoring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on local elections
Advisory and methodological support of activities of election commissions in local elections
Implementation of new information technologies during the organization and conduction of elections and referenda
Protection of rights of persons with disabilities as voters during the organization and conduct of elections and referenda
