Biography

Born July 24, 1973 in the city of Kiev.

In 1995, she graduated from the Law Faculty of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specializing in Jurisprudence.

In 1998 graduated from the law faculty of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.

 

1998 – 2015 Assistant, Associate Professor, Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
З 2015 Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.

She is co-author of one of the first textbooks on constitutional law, “Constitutional Law of Ukraine”.

She is the author of more than 70 scientific and methodological works on problems of constitutional law, in particular, on the problems of development and functioning of civil society in Ukraine, direct and representative democracy. Co-author of several monographs in the field of constitutional and legal research. She is a co-author of the educational-methodical complex “Electoral Law”.

The results of the research were repeatedly presented at international and all-Ukrainian scientific conferences, round tables, other scientific and communicative events that were held in Ukraine and abroad.

She has publications in editions, which are indexed in international scientific-metric bases and scientific periodicals on legal sciences of other states.

Doctor of Law. In 2015 he defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Law in specialty “Constitutional Law; municipal law “.
Speaks English and Russian.

On September 20, 2018 she was appointed to the position of a member of the Central Election Commission by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution No. 2567-VIII. On October 5, 2018, she took an oath of a member of the CEC.

Determined to be responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in the Vinnytsia region and the foreign constituency.

Main activities of the Commission:
– Coordination of issues related to the interaction of the Commission with political parties;
– coordination of issues related to the interaction of the Central Election Commission with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in order to ensure the exercise of electoral rights and the right to participate in an all-Ukrainian referendum of citizens of Ukraine residing or staying abroad;
– coordination of issues related to the interaction of the Central Election Commission with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
