Biography
Born June 18, 1960, in the village of Ksaverivka, Vasylkivsky District, Kyiv region.
In 1983 he graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University in the specialty “International Law”, having obtained a qualification as an international lawyer, translator-interpreter of the German language.
After graduating from school he worked as secretary of the court session of the People’s Court of Vasylkivsky district of the Kyiv region.

| 1994-2018 | Private law practice. |
On September 20, 2018, he was appointed a member of the Central Election Commission by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution No. 2565-VIII. On October 5, 2018, he took an oath of a member of the CEC. On the same day, at the first meeting of the new Commission, he was elected by the secretary of the Central Election Commission by secret ballot.
Determined to be responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in the Kyiv and Odessa regions.
Main activities of the Commission:
– coordination of issues on ensuring the performance by the Central Election Commission of the functions of the manager of the State Register of Voters;
– coordination of issues concerning the territorial organization of elections and referenda;
– coordination of issues related to the interaction of the Central Election Commission and the Security Service of Ukraine in order to implement appropriate measures of cyber defense of state electronic information resources and information infrastructure of the Commission;
– coordination of issues related to legislative support of the Commission.
