Born on May 8, 1980 in the city of Sniatyn, Ivano Frankivsk Region

In 2002 graduated Law Faculty of the Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi with a Degree in Law

In 2019 graduated National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration Management

2003 – 2014 – Assistant to MP of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament of Ukraine)

2007 – Legal Adviser, First Deputy Head of the Legal Department, Central Executive Committee of the “Our Ukraine” Political Party

2007 – 2010 – Executive Director in the Lawyer Group, Collegium

2008 – 2014 – Private Law Practice

2014 – 2019 – Member of the Central Election Commission

Official Observer of Ukraine’s 2004 Presidential elections

Authorised representative of a political party in the nationwide multi-member constituency during the 2007 and 2012 parliamentary elections in Ukraine

In 2018, completed an international internship on ensuring the effective investigation and prevention of electoral fraud (European Centre for Electoral Support, Italy)

Honored Lawyer of Ukraine

On 4 October, 2019 appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution No. 176-IX of the Verkhovna Rada. On the same day, took the oath as a Member of the Central Election Commission and was elected Chairperson of the Commission.
