Biography
Born in 1981 in Korosten, Zhytomyr region.
In 2002 graduated from the Academy of State Tax Service of Ukraine, having received a diploma of a specialist with distinction in the field of Jurisprudence, and got a qualification of a lawyer;
In 2004 – the Academy of State Tax Service of Ukraine, having received a specialist diploma in Finance, and got a qualification as a financier.

| 2005 – 2012 | Chief Advisor, Head of the Commission’s Representation Representation in the Courts of the Legal Control of the Central Election Commission. |

On September 20, 2018 he was appointed to the position of a member of the Central Election Commission by the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine No. 2559-VIII. On October 5, 2018, he took an oath of a member of the CEC.
Determined to be responsible for ensuring the exercise of the powers of the Central Election Commission in the Kharkiv region.
Main activities of the Commission:
– coordination of issues on the generalization of practice and preparation of proposals regarding the uniform application and improvement of Ukrainian legislation on the organization of the preparation and conduct of local elections;
– coordination of issues on ensuring the implementation and protection of constitutional electoral rights of Ukrainian citizens during the organization of the preparation and holding of local elections, observance of the principles and principles of the election process, monitoring compliance and the same application of the legislation of Ukraine on local elections;
– coordination of issues related to the consultative and methodological support of the activities of electoral commissions from local elections;
– coordination of issues regarding the receipt of information to the Central Election Commission regarding the organization of the preparation and conduct of local elections, preparation of information and analytical materials on the specified issues.
